BODYATTACK:
This class is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals - from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!

BODYPUMP:
This class is the revolutionary new weight training workout in a group fitness setting using barbells with adjustable weights, set to motivating music. BodyPump is a simple, athletic based workout that strengthens, tones, and defines every major muscle group in your body…ideal for beginners right throough to experienced exercisers. It is the workout for EVERY – BODY.

BUTTS-N-GUTS:
40 minutes of non-stop sculpting to tighten and tone gluts and abs!!!

KICKBOXING:
This class uses traditional martial arts moves and modifies them for safety and technique. It will get your heart rate up by using a variety of punches and kicks that will challenge your body in a whole new way. It is an incredible cardiovascular workout!!

PILATES:
This method of body sculpting is a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises. It strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture, provides flexibility, and balance and creates a more streamlined shape. Great for all levels.

SPINNING:
The original indoor cycling program. Classes combine a foundation of basic cycling movements with motivational coaching techniques, breathing awareness, and heart rate training in specified Energy Zones. Participants burn an average of 500 calories in 40 minutes of non-impact, individually paced cardiovascular exercise. Participants must bring a towel and water bottle to class. Arrive 10 minutes early of you are first time rider so that your instructor may set up your bike.

STEP: A step training class that alternates between basic and more challenging choreography for a fun and effective workout!

YOGA SCULPT:
This class is an energized yoga workout with vigorous lunges, standing poses, and floor stretches that link breath with movement – one flowing move too the next. This dynamix workout combines the best elements of many Yoga styles by improving strength, flexibility, and balance.

BODYJAM™:
BODYJAM™ is the cardio wworkout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance moves and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55-minute class. So grab a friend, get front and center and get high on the feeling of dance.
